| 摘 要： | 高层次创新人才是科技进步、经济发展的主要推动者.从内涵与外延两个角度探讨了高层次创新人才的定义,并结合经济、社会需要论述了高层次创新人才队伍的特征,从企业、高校及科研院所、中介组织及政府的角度分析了对高层次创新人才的需求.认为应当从思想观念上重视高层次创新人才,创造良好的环境培养高层次创新人才,根据经济社会需要引进人才,完善人才市场体系疏通人才流通渠道,完善人才市场法律法规体系.

| Abstract: | High-level innovative talent is the main impellor of science and technology progress and economic development.This paper discusses the definition of high-level innovative talent from the angle of connotation and extension.In view of the demand of the society and economy,the characteristics of the high-level innovative talents are elaborated from the angle of enterprises,the universities and the scientific research institutions.and the intermediary organization and government.The high-level innovative talents should be taken seriously.Good environment is needed to train them.The talented should be drawn in according to the need of the economic society.Personnel market system and the law system should be perfected. |
