| 摘 要： | 后危机时代的到来为我国企业集团进入新兴产业创造了良好机遇。文章首先提出技术金字塔的概念,通过对比分析国内外企业集团的技术创新,指出我国企业集团以衍生技术为主的低层次创新现状,已远远不适应创新能力提升和新兴产业发展的需要,应大力强化平台技术、前沿技术层次的创新。然后分别从主要特征、竞争力来源、关键能力组合、技术组织特点、所适应市场与发展策略,深入分析技术金字塔的衍生、平台、前沿三个层次技术创新的异同与联系;企业集团通过前沿技术→平台技术→衍生技术的创新路径开拓新产业,可以从根本上提升其自主创新能力。最后就企业集团技术金字塔的构建、实现技术赶超,提出有针对性的对策建议。 |
