| 摘 要： | 信息技术外包正在形成产业。良好的信息技术外包既有利于信息技术提供商，又有利于信息技术需求方。信息技术外包包含三个主要过程：信息技术外包的决策过程、信息技术外包商的选择过程和信息技术外包商的管理过程。
