| 摘 要： | 企业大学是能够实现知识转移的重要组织.本文根据企业大学的学习内容与学习方式探讨企业的知识转移,构建了企业大学的知识螺旋交互模型,然后从宏观和微观层面上举证企业大学与传统企业各自管理下的知识转移的不同,以论证企业大学在知识转移方面的优势,最后为企业大学的知识转移提供了4点建议.
