| Abstract: | The paper analyses and compares two aspects of the development of intermediary service organization of science and technology at home and abroad. One is the macroscopic background environment of the development affecting intermediary service organization in science and technology, including the time of commencement, the background of economy, the level of science and technology and the characteristics of culture. The other is the situation of intermediary service organization in science and technology, including the present situation of development, the model of development, the mechanism of movement and the function. The paper concludes with six implications and suggestions. They are government support, company operation system,"four-foundation" and networking, standardizing funds management, cooperation and communication, attaching importance to the"upper reaches" and "lower reaches |
