| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了海南省政府提出的“信息智能岛规划和“生态岛规划,并探讨了在信息化基础上融合两种规划的可能性。然后,基于海南省的SWOT分析,提出了促进海南现代化的智能生态岛战略。最后,本文深入阐述了实施智能生态岛战略的具体策略。

| Abstract: | This paper starts with analyzing the Information Intelligent Island Pla n,and the Ecological Island Plan carried out by Hainan provincial government,explores the probability o f integration of the two plans.On the basis of SWOT analysis,this paper puts forwa rd the strategy of Intelligent Ecolo gical Island in the aim of modernization.Lastly,this paper expounds the spec ific measures to take for the impleme ntation. |
