| 摘 要： | 创新型城市的建设和发展具有内在的路径和模式。上海和深圳是我国创新型城市建设的典范,在城市创新战略和驱动要素方面各具特色、各有所长。在构建完整的城市创新体系的基础上,以上海和深圳为例,对两市的城市创新战略和驱动要素进行对比分析,并归纳、总结出创新型城市建设的上海模式和深圳模式,可以为国内其他创新型城市的建设提供参考。
