| 摘 要： | 近年来,国外对我国优势产业的打压愈演愈烈,诉诸反倾销指控是杀伤力极大的招数.怎样发挥竞争情报的独特作用应对反倾销指控,防范"走出去"危机、保障我国产业安全已经成为重要的研究课题.本文从竞争情报视角研究了17个我国企业成功应对国外反倾销指控的案例.从企业顶层领导应对反倾销指控的决心、应对反倾销指控的组织机构、早期预警能力、信息分析、涉案企业需要的外部竞争情报支持5个方面对案例进行了解析,得出了结论和启示.
