摘    要:以便宜易得α-呋喃甲醛为原料,经Cannizzaro歧化反应制得α-呋喃甲酸,氯化亚砜氯代生成α-呋喃甲酰氯,然后再与L-脯氨醇反应,最终得到新的具有双官能团的吡咯环骨架手性配体,该手性配体的结构经IR,1H NMR和GC-MS等物理手段进行了确证.

Abstract:Starting from readily available α-furaldehyde,α-furoic acid was prepared by Cannizzaro disproportionation reaction,and α-furoyl chloride was achieved by halogenation with thionyl chloride,the new pyrrole-based chiral ligand containing amido-and ester group was ultimately obtained with L-Prolinol.The structure of the new ligand was confirmed by IR,1H NMR and GC-MS.
