| 摘 要： | 法律以社会为基础，对社会起着强大的作用。法律的社会功能主要表现为对经济、政治、文化等社会领域的功能。在法律的各种社会功能中，其公共职能日益扩大，而且随着科技社会的到来，法律公共功能呈现出广泛性、新颖性和全球性特点。

Among all the social functions, the public function enlarges increasingly. Moreover, with the corning of technological society, it leads to the extensiveness, o-riginality, anud globalization of the public function of law. |
