| 摘 要： | 毛泽东在领导中国社会主义经济建设的实践中，进行了艰辛地探索。提出了我国社会主义经济建设的基本原则和战略目标是从中国的基本国情出发，努力把我国建设成为一个现代化的社会主义强国；基本方针是调动一切积极因素，正确处理社会主义建设中的诸种经济关系；根本任务是走出一条适合我国国情的中国工业化道路；有效方法是发展社会主义的商品生产，积极同外国建立贸易关系；重要保证是加强党对经济建设工作的领导，使党的领导者都力求成为精通经济工作的专家。尽管毛泽东晚年在经济建设方面有某些失误，但他提出的许多理论原则对于我们今天全面建设小康社会，开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面仍具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Mao Tse Dong Contributed a lot to the socialist economic construction theory by exploring and practising: The basic principal and the stratagem goals should be based on the situation of the country and China is to be developed into a strong and modern socialist country. To mobilize all active forces is the basic guideline for economic construction. The relationships among all fields should be dealt with properly. In order to make our country a proper industrialized one (the basic goal for the economic development), socialist production and international trade ought to be improved quickly. It is also important to ensure the leading position on the way to develop economics. Governments should make some of the leaders experts in some fields. The mistakes he made in his late years shouldn't conceal his outstanding contribution to the economic development. A lot of his theories are still working in today's economic development. His thought is still constructive in the new situation of today. |
