| 摘 要： | 物权变动和交易安全问题天然地联系着。物权公示是物权的重要制度；物权公示的原因在于对交易安全的保护；物权公示的效力体现着对交易安全的保护，特别是物权公示的对抗力和公信力对交易安全的保护有着重要作用；物权公示的价值就在于对交易安全的保护。

| Abstract: | transfer of property rights is naturally connected with the transaction safety. And the public notice of property rights is an important rule for the transfer of property rights. The purpose of public notice is to protect the transaction safety. The effect of public notice demonstrates the protection of transaction safety. The confrontation power and the public credit power of property's public notice especially play a very important role in protecting the transaction safety. So the value of property's public notice is the protection of transaction safety. |
