| Abstract: | London maritime arbitral awards will be recognized and enforced in China when they are in conformity with the relevant stipulations of NewYork convention.However,such an award may not be recognized and enforced in China if it was varied or rescinded by the English court.If the award is challenged by the parties or causes loss to the interests of China,it is difficult to be recognized and enforced. |
