| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的目标需要民众社会心理的支撑。而在社会全方位转型期。人们的社会心理必然发生诸多变化，其中一些变化与社会发展不相符，甚至对社会主义和谐社会的构建起阻碍作用。因此，要重视对社会心理的优化。要努力完善社套运行机制。平衡社会利益关系，调整民众社会需要，调整民众视野视角。优化社会心理环境，以调整社会心理冲突，为实现构建社会主义和谐社会的目标，营造良好的社会心理环境。

| Abstract: | The goal of building a harmonious socialist society needs the social psychological support.In the multifarious transformation period of the society,the social psychology will change accordingly;some of the changes will not be in agreement with social development and may even impede the building of the harmonious society.It is essential that we attach importance to improving the social psychology,make great efforts to improve the society's operation mechanism,make a balance between social groups for be-nefits,adjust the social demands and vision of the masses,improve social psychological environment to smooth social psychological conflicts and create a favourable social psychological environment for the implementation of the harmonious society. |
