| 摘 要： | 山寨现象的发展和兴起凸显出我国知识产权文化建设的现状和短板。山寨产品公众社会评价日趋降低,企业创新动力明显不足,山寨现象与知识产权文化的核心价值理念相背离。走出困境的根本出路在于确立知识产权私权文化观念、权利文化观念、创新文化观念以及竞争文化观念。

| Abstract: | The rise and development of Shanzhai phenomenon highlights the status quo and the weaknesses of intellectual property culture construction in China.There is an increasingly low evaluation on Shanzhai products from the public,a significant deficiency of innovating impetus for enterprises,and a deviation of Shanzhai phenomenon from the core value of intellectual property culture.The fundamental way out lies in the establishment of cultural concepts on private property rights,on rights,on innovation and on competition. |
