摘    要:通过对重油催化裂化装置油浆组分中催化剂颗粒的粒径、含量等测定分析,找出了设备受到冲刷磨损的原因,并对反应装置中的旋风分离器进行了技术改造,消除了事故隐患,确保了安全生产。

Abstract:By the analysis of diameter and content of activator in resid fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC),the causes why the equipments were eroded has been found,and then the reactor and cyclone segregator have been retrofitted to ensure the safety of production.
