| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化趋势下，国家主权正受到越来越严重的侵蚀。经济全球化对国家主权制约的强度日益增大。在经济全球化进程中处于主动地位的国家，才能更好地维护国家主权。面对经济全球化的挑战，发展中国家应通过制度创新，主动参与经济全球化进程，以有效维护国家主权。在21世纪的激烈国际竞争中，中国如何争取更加主动有利的地位，更好地维护国家主权，作者提出了几点应对建议。

| Abstract: | Under the condition of globalization, the national sovereignty has been challenged and constrained harder. The countries dominating a good position can maintain their national sovereignty better. The developing countries should participate in the economic globalization progress more actively through the institutional innovations to meet the challenges and maintain their national sovereignty more effectively. The author gives some suggestions on how China can get a better position to maintain her national sovereignty in the acute international competition in the 21st century. |
