行政问责制下的被问责官员复出机制研究

摘    要:自2003年我国的行政问责制初步建立起来,在随后几年中得到了广泛的推行和发展,对于相关官员被问责后的情况、特别是被问责官员复出,日益成为大家关注的焦点。在我国信息社会和社会主义民主政治不断发展的情况下,被问责官员复出已不再是纯粹的个人问题,它反映了我们行政问责制和官员复出机制存在的一些问题和弊端。本文主要对被问责官员复出机制当前的发展状况和存在问题进行分析,进而提出相关的解决路径。

Abstract:China’s administrative accountability system has been widely implemented since it was established in 2003.The state of the officials after being held accountable and their resuming their official post in particular are becoming focuses of the public.With the development of the information society and socialist democratic politics,the reappointment of the officials being held accountable is not only their personal matters,but reflect some problems and disadvantages existing in the administrative accountability system and official reappointment mechanism.This paper mainly analyzes the conditions and problems of the current official reappointment mechanism and raises some corresponding solutions.
