| Abstract: | Information technology has been developing rapidly since the turn of the 21th century. The whole world is involved in this information wave. Computer network has extended to every corner of the society and brought us into an age of information and networking, thus emerging vast numbers of electronic documents. How to file and keep electronic documents properly is a great challenge which an archivist faces in the new age. |
