| 摘 要： | 温州经济的第三次跨越中,鹿城区经济要发展,重点必须发展现代服务业。发展现代服务业离不开高素质的服务业人才。在对温州鹿城区现代服务业人才现状进行调查的基础上,对该区现代服务业经营竞争环境和现代服务业自身发展内部优劣势进行了分析,提出了温州鹿城区现代服务业发展的人才对策建议。

| Abstract: | In the Third Step of Wenzhou's economy, more attention should be paid to the essential of modern service industry in Lucheng district. Qualified professionals play a key role in the industry in this district. Based on the survey and study of present situation in Lucheng district of Wenzhou, and after examing the advantages and disadvantages of the competitive environment and the internal development of the service industry, the paper proposes some suggestions. |
