| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the present state of China's pre-judicial procedure and the use foreign advanced experience for reference and China's newly stipulated system of evidence exchange and showing evidence limitation,the reconstruction of China's civil pre-judicial procedure should stipulate the leading position of litigant in the procedure and set up the a good common,interactive mechanism of both the litigant and the court. |
