| 摘 要： | 电大“试点项目”的开展使思想政治教育工作面临着新课题，尤其是网络的广泛利用，使思想政治工作的开展出现了一些新的趋势，面对这些新情况，电大的思想政治工作应该主动适应新的形势，采取积极的对策，推进网络化思想政治工作思路，实现思想政治工作与网络技术的有效结合，建立一支高素质的思想政治工作队伍，充分利用现有的网上教学平台，开辟思想政治工作专栏，加强网上思想政治工作资源建设，实现思想政治工作的创新。

| Abstract: | The development of the pilot program of RTVU presents a new item for ideological and political education, especially the wide use of web, which brings out some new trends. The ideological and political work of RTVU should adapt itself to the new trends. Some positive measures should be taken to improve the ideological and political work, to combine the work with web technology, to build up a group of high-qualified teachers for it, to make full use of web teaching platform to start its column, strengthen the building of its web-based resources so as to make the work innovative. |
