| Abstract: | The conventional optimization techniques are generally not fit for the optimal planning of power networks because of the local optimization problem and the dimension disaster problem.Genetic algorithm is an effective intelligent method for searching,and its astringency and speed can be observably improved by saving some excellent individuals,using conjugated mutation and adopting adaptive annealing penalty function.The optimal plan result of district power network shows this method could bring a lot of economic benefits. |
