| 摘 要： | 文章以成都开展统筹城乡教育一体化发展的改革措施为事实依据,以＂后进跨越式＂区域现代化作为理论框架,提炼归纳出成都市统筹城乡教育现代化的基本模式：＂信息化、标准化、均衡化＂三化联动,＂权利保障机制、资源调配机制、质量监控机制＂三制并重;同时,解析了该模式的核心发展理念。
