再论学前教育纳入国民教育体系的理论与现实

摘    要:把学前教育纳入国民教育体系对国家和个人具有重要价值和深远意义。目前,我国学前教育还存在教育管理不规范,教育手段不科学、不合理,教育理念成人化、功利化,普及率比较低下的现象。将学前教育纳入国民教育体系的举措有:制定具有可操作性的学前教育政策法规,依法管理;通过学前教师职业资格认定,使学前教师职业专业化;改变学前教育理念,使学前教育返回到孩子的"生活世界";开办方式灵活化,利用各种经费来源推动学前教育的发展。

Abstract:It is valuable and meaningful for a nation and individual to adopt incorporated preschool education into national educational system.Nowadays,the preschool education management of our country has the phenomenon as non-standard,unscientific and irrational teaching methods,adult-like educational concept,utilitarianism and lower rate of popularity.The measurements of adopting incorporated preschool education into national educational system have:making laws and regulations for preschool education;checking vocational qualification of the teacher of preschool education for improving specialization of them;changing the concept of preschool education;helping preschool education return child "life world".The development of preschool education can be promoted by running in flexible ways and using various sources of funds.
