| 摘 要： | 本文以加快高校健美操课程改革发展为目标,以河南理工大学为实验基地,采用理论分析与教学实践相结合的综合研究方法,针对高校健美操课程设置、学生能力培养、教师教学能力提高、教学俱乐部管理等问题进行了改革与实践研究,试验结果表明,教学改革取得了良好的效果。

Practical Study on the Reform of Body-building Course Teaching and Management System |

| Abstract: | Taking Henan Polytechnic University as the experimental base, and combining teaching practice, this paper makes a theoretical analysis. Standing on the body-building course development in Henan universities, the paper also discusses the reforms about the teaching of P.E. course, the cultivation of students, ability, teacher, alility and the management of teaching club, which proves to be efficient. |
