| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了国外可持续发展新趋势及我国科学发展观的树立，在此基础上分析可持续发展是科学发展观的重要体现，进一步提出推进兵团小城镇的可持续发展的途径：一是增强环境保护意识，实现兵团小城镇的生态可持续发展；二是转变经济增长方式，实现兵团小城镇经济的可持续发展；三是注重以人为本，实现兵团小城镇的社会可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This text has introduced the establishing of the foreign new trend of sustainable development and scientific development view of our country at first, analyse on this basis that sustainable development is the important embodiment of the scientific development view, put forward the way of sustainable development of advancing the small town of the formation further: First , strengthen environmental protection consciousness , realize the ecological sustainable development of the small town of the formation ; Second , change the style of economic increase , realize the sustainable development of the economy of small town of the formation ; Third, pay attention to people first, realize the social sustainable development of the small town of the formation . |
