| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划教育作为提高学生素质、促进大学生就业的有效手段越来越受到重视，在高校教学中逐渐普及。提高大学生职业生涯规划教育效果，要把职业生涯规划教育作为大学教育的重要环节，建立起全程化、全员化的课程教育体系，多层次、全方位的评价体系和集教学、科研、咨询为一体的专业教师队伍，引导大学生做好职业生涯规划，立足长远，着眼人生、关注社会、重视实践。

| Abstract: | As an effective means to improve the quality of college students and to promote their employment, the education of college students on their career planning has attracted more and more attention and has become more and more popular in university teaching. To enhance the effectiveness of the education, we must regard it as an importance link in college education, set up a system of a curriculum that all students take during the whole of their college years, a system of an assessment that could evaluage the students at different levels and in an all - round way, and a specialized team of teachers that could teach, do scientific research, and provide consultations so as to help college students to plan their life career, to see in the long run, to focus on their life, to show concern to the society, and to attach importance to practice. |
