| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展，环境纠纷的数量激增，现行环境纠纷解决机制的实际运作成效不如表面的制度设计。反观贵州苗族地区习惯法，为当地生态环境保护与环境纠纷解决起到了有效作用，对其进行调研和思考能获得些有关我国环境纠纷解决机制构建的启示。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and society, the number of environmental disputes increases rapid- ly, and the practical effects of the existing environmental dispute resolution have fallen far short of our expectations. In contrast, the customary law of Miao nationality in Guizhou has played a positive role in protecting local ecological environment and solving environmental disputes. By investigating and thinking about it, we may be inspired about how to construct our environmental dispute resolution system. |
