美国教师专业发展学校对我国教师教育的启迪--中小学体育教师职后培训方式的转变与发展

摘    要:在对美国教师专业发展学校起源与发展回顾的基础上,着重就中小学体育教师职后培训方式对福建省300名中小学体育教师进行了问卷调查,旨在探索提高我国中小学体育教师职后培训效果的途径与方法.结果表明:根据体育学科的特点和中小学体育教师职后培训的类型与要求,不同培训方式的有机组合是提高职后培训效果的有效途径;教师专业发展学校是今后中小学体育教师职后培训方式的发展方向.

Abstract:On the basis of the review of the origin and evolution of American teachers' professional development schools, 300 primary and secondary school teachers of P.E. have been surveyed by means of a questionnaire on the modes of post-job training, with a view to discovering effective ways of post-job training. The results of the survey shows that, according to the features of the subject of P.E. and the different kinds and requirements of training, an organic combination of the different modes of training is an effective way to improve the post-job training, and that teachers' professional development schools are the orientation that post-job training of primary and middle school teachers of P.E. should follow.
