| Abstract: | With the constant enlargement of the scale of independent institute,educational administration has become a very important topic.The paper analyzed present situation and the existing question of educational management in the independent institute,proposed to build a stable management team,measure and method of improve the management level,theoretical basis were provided for enhancement of teaching management level of the independent institute. |
