摘    要:主要叙述了怎样用离子色谱法检测肉制品中亚硝酸盐的质量分数,根据多次试验确定了样品的处理方法、仪器的最佳工作状态,重点提出了样品前处理的特点,以及此方法的可行性和优越性.

Abstract:This article describes a method how to detect nitrite in meat products by ion-chromatography,the processing method of samples and optimal working conditions of instruments resulted from repetitious tests,especially focuses on the pre-treatment features of samples,the feasibility and superiority of this method.
