摘    要:当前,"减负"已成为中小学的重要工作,但"过重课业负担"概念不清的问题,制约着"减负"政策的贯彻和学校"减负"工作的开展。本文对"过重课业负担"概念进行主客观切割,离析其"构成要件"并分析了两种倾向,以期求解"减负"问题并对其理论和实践有所裨益。

Abstract:At present,"lightening burden from lessons" has been an important task in the primary and middle schools,but the concept of "over heavy burden from lessons" is not clear,so the practice of policy on "lightening burden from lessons" and the works for that in the schools have been restricted.Here,the author has cut up the meaning of "over heavy burden from lessons" between subject and object,separated the structure of it and analysed two kinds of tendency from the practice.
