| 摘 要： | 通过归纳分析,认为我国体育法学研究取得了较为丰硕的成果。在此基础上,提出了体育法学的"问题域",它是体育法学本体论、认识论、语言论、价值论的统一,涉及到体育法本质、体育法学发展的结构问题、体育法的目的等七个方面。而目前需要重点解决的问题是体育法修订问题、学科建设问题等。
