| 摘 要： | 由社会生产力发展所带来的社会转型是地方政府职业教育管理制度创新的根本动因,制度以及制度结构本身所具有的缺陷是地方政府职业教育管理制度创新的内在动因,而对制度创新预期净收益的诉求则是地方政府职业教育管理制度创新的直接动因。在上述三个因素的共同作用下,地方政府的职业教育管理制度创新行为才得以持续进行。

| Abstract: | The social transforms brought about by the development of the social production force give rise to the fundamental motivation for the creativity of the vocational education management.Besides,the defect of the system acts as the internal motivation,and the aspiration for the benefit from the creative system as direct motivation for the local governments.When the three above mentioned motivations function the creative system of the vocational education management by the local governments can achieve sustainable development. |
