| 摘 要： | 工学结合人才培养模式是高职教育改革的新方向,它可以更好的培养学生专业技能,锻炼学生解决实际问题的能力,但实施工学结合人才培养模式可能会遇到一些阻碍,主要表现在企业、学生家长、学校三个方面还存在一些阻碍工学结合培养模式的因素。
