摘    要:氯氰菊酯降解菌在液体基础培养基、液体富集培养基、液体普通培养基,4℃条件下,分别保存15d、45d、30d.在此保存条件下,氯氰菊酯降解菌的降解能力保持较优,氯氰菊酯降解率分别为60%、56%、57%.在液体富集培养基添加1.5%的琼脂具有更良好的氯氰菊酯降解菌保存效果,可以保存达到90d,氯氰菊酯降解率为57%.

Abstract:In the condition of 4℃, cypermethrin degrading microorganism was preserved in the liquid minimal substitute, the liquid rich substitute and the liquid average substitute for 15 days, 45 days, 30 days respectively, with degradation rates of 60%, 56%, 57%. And with the addition of 1.5% agar in the liquid rich substitute, cypermethrin degrading microorganism could be preserved for 90 days, with degradation rate of 57%.
