甲硫甲酚合成工艺研究

摘    要:甲硫甲酚合成工艺的优点在于采用新的保温方式,选用浓H2SO4作催化剂,苯作溶剂及改变原料配比,采用碱洗、精馏等新产品后处理方式,将产品收率由原来的80%提高到91%。产品后处理容易,生产成本低,对环境污染小。

Abstract:The new synthesizing technology which applies a new heat preservation way, uses benzol as new solvent and dense sulphuric acid as new catalyst, Changing the proportion of reactants and improves the method of the final treatment by taking base-washing and rectification has increased the yield of the product from 80% to 91% with lower cost and easier final treatment. It causes less pollution and can be widely applied in industry.
