环已酮酸催化合成环已烯环已酮的研究

摘    要:章研究了环已酮酸催化合成环已烯环已酮过程中,不同种类酸催化剂的作用规律和反应机理。结果表明,强质子酸催化反应的速度较快,催化反应活性亦高;但后处理需经中和、洗涤、干燥等繁锁工序,存在污染环境和腐蚀设备等弊端;详细考察硫酸盐、氯化物盐类等Lewis酸催化剂对反应的催化作用,并比较了催化剂用量、反应时间的影响,发现铁盐的催化性能较好,综合单程产率高。

Abstract:The effects of different acids and the mechanisms on the reactive action were discussed . The results are obtained as follows: strong protonic acids have fast catalytic rate, the high catalytic activity, but the final treatment need complex procedure such as neutralization, scouring, drying et al., and its shortcoming lie in polluting environment and eroding equipment. Aldol condensation is sensitive to Lewis acid catalysts such as sulfate and metal chloridate. Effects of quantity of catalyst and reaction time on catalytic properties are discussed. The results shows that catalytic activity of iron fate is better, condensation productivity is higher.
