| 摘 要： | 随着老龄人口的急剧增加,老年教育需求大幅上升,而老年教育供给难以满足如此旺盛的教育需求,供需矛盾突出。基于此,通过对福建省老年教育的需求进行调查分析,发现老年教育需求呈现多元化、多样化、层次化的特点。从老年教育需求数量、需求结构、需求质量等三个方面探讨老年教育供需矛盾。基于需求角度,提出应建立多元化协同机制、拓宽经费供给渠道、合理配置教育资源、加强教师队伍建设、优化教育布局,进而提高老年教育的供给能力和供给效率。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of the elderly population,the demand for education for the elderly has risen sharply,and the supply of education for the elderly can hardly meet such a strong demand for education,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.Based on this,through the investigation and analysis of the needs of elderly education in Fujian Province,it is found that the needs of elderly education are diversified,varied and hierarchical.This paper discusses the contradiction between the supply and demand of education for the elderly from three aspects:the quantity,the structure and the quality of demand for elderly education.From the perspective of demand,it is proposed to establish a diversified coordination mechanism,to expand funding supply channels,to rationally allocate educational resources,to strengthen the construction of the teaching team,to optimize the educational layout,and thereby to improve the supply capacity and efficiency of education for the elderly. |
