我国台湾地区高职院校实践课教师专业发展:理念、内容与机制

摘    要:我国台湾地区高职院校拥有一批质量卓越的实践课教师,他们为高等职业教育的顺畅运行做出了巨大贡献。谋求实践课教师专业发展是我国台湾高等职业教育事业永恒的主题。文章探究我国台湾高职院校实践课教师专业发展理念、发展内容和发展机制。我国台湾地区高职院校实践课教师专业发展理念包括明晰的实践课教师任职条件规约实践课教师专业发展方向、政府政策有力推动着高职院校实践课教师专业发展、高职院校的措施保障高职院校实践课教师专业发展。从职前阶段与在职阶段两个时间角度探究了实践课教师专业发展的内容及实施机制。以期为我国大陆地区高职院校实践课教师专业发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:There are a group of excellent practical course teachers in higher vocational colleges,and they have made great contributions to the smooth operation of higher vocational education in Taiwan.Seeking the professional development of practical course teachers is the eternal theme of higher vocation education.This paper explores the concept,contents and development mechanism of their professional development in higher vocational colleges in Taiwan.Professional development concept includes clear qualifications,government policies and measures of higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of pre-service stage and on-the-job stage this paper explores the contents and development mechanism of professional development,in order to provide reference to higher vocational colleges in China's Mainland.
