| 摘 要： | 高校培养拔尖创新领军人才是建设世界一流大学和一流学科的历史使命,是为党育人、为国育才的生动体现和有力诠释。拔尖创新领军人才培养最终落脚在领军人才培养,不仅要健全“选苗子、压担子、搭梯子”的因人施策机制,还要形成“以人为本、发挥长处、补足短板”的个性化培养模式,是需要全周期不间断的培养体系。领军人才的培养首先要培养“自信/自强、自立/自律、自我规划”的自我完善、自我提升的能力,这些能力的提升源自教师、学校、社会的引导,更来自内心的自我思考,其中“读书、学习、锻炼身体、志愿服务”是最有效的方法。由于对高考压力的妥协,中学阶段的学生大多错失了这些能力的培养,造成初入大学的学生不知所措。因此,引导高校学生“读书、学习、锻炼身体、志愿服务”,进而提升“自信/自强、自立/自律、自我规划”的能力,既是培养拔尖创新领军人才的根本,也是解决“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题的关键。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative leading talents at colleges is both a historical mission of building world-class universities and disciplines and a vivid embodiment of talent education for our country and the Communist Party.The cultivation of innovative and leading talents ultimately lies in that the cultivation of leading talent needs not only improvement of the policy-making mechanism of“selecting seedlings,pressing the burden,and building a ladder”,but also the formation of a personalized training mode of“people-oriented,giving full play to the strengths and making up for the weaknesses”.The cultivation is a whole-cycle,ever-ongoing training system.The cultivation of leading talents should first refer to the cultivation of the abilities of self-confidence/self-independent/self-scheduling.The enhancement of these abilities comes from the guidance of teachers,schools and society,but more from the inner self-thinking.Among them,“reading,learning,exercising,volunteering”are the most effective methods.However,due to the compromise of the pressure imposed by the college entrance examination,most of the middle school students miss the cultivation of these abilities,resulting in that the freshmen have always been perplexed.Therefore,guiding college students to“reading,studying,learning,exercising,volunteering”,and then improve their abilities of“Self-confidence/self-independent/self-scheduling”is the foundation of cultivating innovative leading talents,and the key to solving the fundamental problem of“who to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate”. |
