| 摘 要： | 成人的学习处于一个复杂和开放的情境之中，受到很多社会和环境因素的影响，因而面临着多方面的障碍，包括：（1）成人学习的心理障碍；(2)需求与动机障碍；(3)人际关系障碍；(4)信息障碍；(5)环境障碍。基于此，本有针对性的提出了若干调控策略。

It includes:(1)obstacles of psychology,(2)obstacles of demand and motivation,(3)obstacles of relation of people,(4)obstacles of info rmation,(5)obstacles of circumstance. Based on the analyses, this paper put forw ar d six strategies of control. |
