| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查等研究方法,对遵义市汇川区社区居民参与体育锻炼的现状进行了调查和分析,结果表明：社区居民对参与体育锻炼非常喜欢,涉及体育,但仍存在社区体育锻炼的规模不足、组织管理不当以及对社区体育锻炼的重视程度低等因素,原因在于现阶段的社区健康教育还没有形成一定的制度化,社区体育教育缺乏计划性,体育场地设施也不够完善,缺乏各种专业体育辅导人员.由此提出遵义市汇川区社区居民体育锻炼未来发展的对策与建议.

| Abstract: | By using the questionnaire and other methods, the status of community residents in Huiehuan District of Zunyi to participate in physical exercise was investigated and analysis, results show that： community residents to participate in physical exercise is very loving, Zunyi relates to physical health education is also very widely, but there are still community physical exercise scale than organizational management and improper factors of community physical training the degree of attention, because the community health education at the present stage, has not formed the system of community sports education, not only the lack of planning, sports facilities are not enough, and the lack of a variety of professional sports coaching staff, thus put forward countermeasures and suggestions for future development of physical exercise of community residents in Huichuan District of Zunyi. |
