| 摘 要： | 改革和完善党的执政方式是我国政治体制改革的重要任务之一,坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,不断完善党的领导方式和执政方式。通过对中国共产党由局部执政到全国范围执政这一历程中关于执政方式问题的探索,我们认识到新形势下中国共产党按照什么样的方式执政,关系到中国社会主义事业的兴衰成败,也关系到中国共产党的执政地位能否巩固和社会主义国家能否长治久安。

| Abstract: | Reforming and perfecting the party＇s ruling is one of the important tasks of the reform of the political system in China,persisting in the scientific governance,democratic governance,according to the law,and constantly improve the Party＇s leadership and governance,governing style has become a major issue of the Party building. By exploring the ruling of the Communist Party of China from the local governing to the country in this journey,we recognize what kind of the ruling the Communist Party of China put into effect in the new situation,this relates to the success or failure of Chinese socialist cause,but also relates to the ability in the ruling position of the Communist Party of China and the long-term stability in socialist countries. |
