PLC控制全自动电容检测装置的设计与实现

摘    要:提出一种由PLC控制的全自动电容检测装置设计方案。针对现有电容检测设备能耗高、测试效率低、体积庞大等问题,研制了一种可实现多端在线检测、能耗低、结构简单、检测效率高的全自动智能型电容器成品检测设备,实现了测试过程中参数任意选择、被测电容自动检测、合格元件自动分选与统计。

Abstract:This paper presents a design of automatic capacitor test equipment controlled by PLC.For existing capacitor test equipment,there are many problems such as high energy consumption,low test efficiency,bulky and so on.The paper introduces the development of an automatic and intelligent capacitor test equipment which is of multi-terminal online test,low energy consumption and high efficiency.The equipment can be set any parameter,automatically test capacitor,automatically choose and count the qualified components.
