| 摘 要： | 高职就业基地的拓展,不只是单纯增加就业基地的数量,更为重要的是,增强与用人单位合作关系的深度、广度和密度,提高以解决高职毕业生就业问题为主、兼顾其他的综合效能.高职就业基地的拓展,必须创建品牌,提供和推销优质教育产品和优质服务;必须以文化搭台,科研演戏,构建校企深化合作机制;必须实施"请进来,走出去"战略;必须建立"订单式"培养模式.要高度重视和应对高职就业基地拓展过程中的若干问题.

| Abstract: | The expansion of the vocational employment base is not just to increase the quantity of the employment base.The more important thing is to strengthen the depth,the width and the density of the relationship with the employment units,so that the employment problem will be solved and the other complex functions will be taken into consideration.If you want to expand the vocation employment base,you have to establish brands,supply and sell excellent-quality education products and services,found the college-corporation cooperation system based on cultures and scientific researches,implement the "let in,go out" strategy,and to establish the "Order" cultivation pattern.Some of the problems in the process of expanding the vocational employment base should be attached importance and dealt with. |
