摘    要:口译与笔译不同。既有很强的现场性又要求译员具有相当的心理素质和现场表达能力。因此,教师应利用有限的教学资源,通过营造口译氛围并辅之以正确的评估手段,帮助学生完成向一个合格译员转变的心理准备过程。

Abstract:Interpretation differs from translation. It requires both a good command of one's mentality and spontaneous expression in public.Meanwhile,a teacher should take advantage of the limited resources to encourage his students to fulfill the preparation as qualified interpreters by means of creating interpreting environment and necessary evaluations for their performance.
