摘    要:中层管理人员是企业中的一个特殊群体,是企业的重要资源,是实现企业目标的原动力。深入研究酒店中层管理人员的工作满意度,可以充实并完善酒店业员工满意度测评体系,对稳定酒店中层管理人员队伍、激发其潜力具有重要的理论指导及实践意义。

Abstract:Middle-level executives are a special management group and as the backbone of the enterprise, it is an important resource of enterprises, because it is the driving force that helps an enterprise reach its target. In-depth research of middle managers job satisfaction will enrich and perfect the hotel staff satisfaction assessment system. Such a research will lend important theoretical and practical significance to a stable staffs work team and stimulate their potential.
