| 摘 要： | 实践育人工作是提高高等教育质量的重要把手。针对实践育人存在的突出问题，常熟理工学院在合作教育创新人才培养模式、实践教学体系建设、实践育人条件创设、个性化实践育人环境创建和实践育人质量保证体系建立等方面开展了积极探索与实践。
